Hey peeeps,
This is our first letter from the series “whatever happens at TinkerSpace” from TinkerHub Foundation.
It’s been a real looooooooong time since we had a chat and we are beyond excited to share with you what we’ve been cooking all this while! and yes, it’s just a cute looking button.
Starting from key project launches, accommodating hundereds, to conducting small crucial community meetups, this month was pretty good at amazing us. A quick brush up of all the events will get you back on track with us.
Let’s walk you through the turmoil of this April. 🥳Cause i ain’t holding it no more.
Maker Station powered by Amazon
--Better said — 3 days.10 venues. 20+ learning stations.100+ Project experiences. 400+ Mentors. 5000+ learners. IKR. This massive event was wrapped up on 29th April at TinkerSpace , being a grand success: again, in passing on the TechKNOWLEDGE
FYI, we are talking about the laaargest Maker experince in Kerala. Period.
Now lets spill the beans TinkerSpace has been holding all month!…..too soon?
Campus Onboarding - I might be sued for listing this second but here goes - one whole day dedicated to moulding our leads for the campus communities accross the state. Trust us when we say- this was Fun-Serious!
Own Your Career Launch - We love seeing our peeps building amazing career in their fav domains — so, OYC is close to heart for us. Own your career gives the participants the TechKnowledgy required to ace ones career. The launch event gave students the base weapons to begin this journey (war🤭).
3D Printer Installation Party -There’s been a flurry of events that should be taking up space in this list, but we love to mark with this one. A fun night where all the techies and not so so techies worked together to get this machine on its feet…and we did! We were right about this one - a great additon to our space that took very little space from our space. phewww. The fact that you can imagine a shape and bring it to life is amazingly cool [I love my alien swampfire! :D]
⚠️ Disclaimer: We do not have a ranked list. Nor do we have a favourite child. All events are of equal significance and wonder.😁
Taking a teeeeny peekaboo at few more events held at TinkerSpace, organised by some amazing communities and orgs. would’nt harm. Hang in there 🧗🏽♀️

International womens day celebration - AWS UG Kochi
It was inspiring to witness young, accomplished women commanding the stage. The event was elevated by Sukanya M, Neenu Rathin, Osni Theresa V X and Jisna John. We loved AWS take on International Womens day. <3
Portfolio building workshop - ACES CUSAT
This stellar workshop enabled the students to create their portfolio website with guidance and help from expert mentors. This one day workshop was indeed a Onederful one.
Yet to happen…
Now show me that ear,
From my disguised conversation with a TinkerSpace local i got to know that they’ve started a series of learner experience at TinkerSpace hitting all domains revolving around technology. They call it the '‘May Learning Series’, dont tell them i told’ya🙊
That's all for now, folks!
Until we meet again with more juicy information to share, keep on tinkering and exploring the endless possibilities of creativity. Stay curious, stay playful, and never stop learning! Catch you on the flip side!
